Large bathtub and custom bathtub, large unit with pillar-type lift.

■This is a large custom-made unit bath measuring approximately 5 meters. ■We specially manufactured an FRP bathtub with specified dimensions of 1,400×700. ■Next to the custom bathtub, there is a column-type lift installed, allowing wheelchair users to enter the bathroom and bathe directly. ■For safety, a custom stainless steel handrail has been installed around the large bathtub. ■To accommodate multiple users bathing at the same time, there are four shower faucets installed. ■The floor is made of FRP, providing good drainage and high drainage performance. ■The walls are panelled with minimal joints, making it difficult for dirt to adhere and easy to clean.

■Two bathtubs have been installed to allow for simultaneous bathing by multiple people, and three shower faucets have also been set up. ■The bathtubs are of two types: a blow bath and a regular normal bath, allowing users to choose based on their preferences. ■A custom-made stainless steel handrail has been installed between the bathtubs to ensure stability when entering the tubs. ■The renovation from traditional tiled surfaces to panels on the walls and FRP on the floor has created an easier-to-clean space. ■This is a case study of a renovation for a day service.

A custom-made unit bath that accommodates a large opening without a door, making it easy for stretcher access in and out of the hospital.

■By eliminating the door and creating a large opening, it is easy to enter the bathroom with a stretcher. ■Since there is no door, a shower curtain is used as a partition. ■To accommodate a large mechanical bathtub, the bathroom is designed to be as simple as possible by eliminating unnecessary items. ■The mechanical bathtub uses a large amount of water, so the floor drainage performance has been enhanced to prevent water from overflowing outside! ■By using panels with fewer joints for the walls and FRP for the floor, cleaning has become significantly easier compared to traditional designs! ■A renovation case in a hospital.

A completely waterproof custom-made unit bath with a unique structure that also accommodates stretcher-compatible mechanical bathtubs in hospitals.

■An ultra-large custom-made unit bath sized 5,500mm × 5,800mm. ■The structure has been reviewed to allow installation even when there is limited height under the floor. ■Meticulous waterproofing treatment has been applied in three stages: primary waterproofing, secondary waterproofing, and tertiary waterproofing. ■The floor is made of FRP, ensuring good drainage and designed to smoothly drain large amounts of hot water used in mechanical bathtubs. ■The walls are panelized with minimal joints, making it difficult for dirt to adhere and easy to clean. ■The layout accommodates full windows on two sides, making the interior very bright, eliminating the need for lighting during the day! ■There is no door at the entrance, and a curtain is used for the partition, maximizing the opening width. ■An example of installation in a hospital renovation.
